EcoFan® Underfloor Ventilation
Bradford EcoFan is a powered subfloor ventilation fan that moves stale, damp air out from under the home to help lower the risk of mould, odours and moisture-related damage. Featuring Air iQ Smart Ventilation Technology, EcoFan automatically adjusts fan speed in response to subfloor temperature and humidity. The unit mounts to subfloor wall openings or existing vents, and can be configured for exhaust or inflow, or paired as a twin pack to create effective crossflow ventilation.

The Bradford EcoFan underfloor ventilation system helps improve subfloor air quality by extracting damp air and introducing drier outside air, reducing condensation risk and helping to protect timber structures and finishes. Its efficient operation is driven by automatic speed control that responds to ambient conditions, a high-efficiency 24V DC EC motor for strong performance with low energy use, and a durable, UV-stable polymer housing suited for exposed locations. The fan includes pre-set automatic and three fixed speeds for simple setup.
